Description
This is a pre-solicitation notice. This pre-solicitation notice is not a request for formal quotes. Solicitation 36C24621Q0455 will be issued on or about August 5, 2021. Hampton VA Medical Center (VAMC), located in Hampton, Virginia has a requirement for Cook-Chill Food Transportation. Contractor shall furnish all supplies, materials, equipment, including refrigerated trucks, and personnel/labor necessary for weekly transport/delivery of cook-chill food products from the food production kitchen located at Hampton VA Medical Center to eight sites located in North Carolina (Asheville, Fayetteville, Durham, Salisbury) and Virginia (Salem, Chesapeake, Piedmont, Williamsburg). Requirement is for a base and four (4) option years.

This acquisition is set aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The applicable NAICS Code is 484220 with a size standard of $30.0 million. All correspondence and responses shall be via e-mail to Breon.campbell@va.gov .
