Sealed bids for the urban paving in the City of Xenia on a portion of US 42 from US 35 to Industrial Blvd. Full depth and catch basin repairs where necessary shall be received at the City Clerk's Office, 107 E. Main Street, Xenia, Ohio 45385 until Friday, March 1, 2024 until 1:30 p.m.

Only ODOT pre-qualified contractors are eligible to submit bids for this project. Pre-qualification status must be in force at the time of bid, at the time of award, and through the life of the contract. For work types that ODOT does not pre-qualify, the City must still select a qualified contractor. Subcontractors are not subject to the pre-qualification requirement. The prime contractor must perform no less than 30% of the total original contract price.
