The University of Nebraska is requesting proposals from qualified bidders to provide all material and labor to complete the work as described in the Contract Documents including, but not limited to, the following:
1. Installation of the East parking lot paving and east sidewalks
2. Installation of additional North and West sidewalk areas
3. Permanent fencing along south side (including brick columns)
4. Temporary fencing along entire east side (west of parking noted above)
5. Irrigation/Topsoil/Sod/Landscaping on entire North, West, South sides of the site
6. Irrigation/Topsoil/Landscaping on East side (Only on the east side of the parking)
7. East Parking Lot Lighting
8. Utility rough-ins under new east parking (Storm Sewer, Sanitary Sewer, Water Service, Gas Service)
