The University of Nebraska is requesting proposals from qualified bidders to provide all material and labor for interior and exterior renovation of an approximately 800-seat recital hall originally constructed in ca. 1970. The Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Selective demolition; concrete floor slabs; masonry partitions; metal fabrications and ornamental metal; rough carpentry and architectural woodwork; roofing and flashing; fiber cement rain screen cladding; glazed curtain walls; doors, frames, and hardware; plaster; framed gypsum board partitions; finishes including ceramic tile, ceilings, wall coverings, carpet, acoustic panels, and paint; theater seating; theatrical rigging and lighting; hydraulic elevators; sprinkler, fire, and smoke alarm systems; plumbing; HVAC; power and lighting; audio visual systems; and concrete paving.
