The University of Nebraska is requesting proposals from qualified bidders to provide all material and labor for complete replacement of existing roof and skylights at Bessey Hall. Includes removal of select existing penetrations no longer used, working around existing penetrations to remain, and providing new roof drains. See plans and specifications. Work includes coordination with separate abatement contractor and work NU staff will self-perform.
