UNK Multiple Buildings Envelope Improvements-13694

The University of Nebraska is requesting proposals from qualified bidders to provide all material and labor to complete exterior improvements to several buildings across campus. The University is bidding multiple locations in a single bid process to allow opportunities for contractors to scale their bid to their workforce availability and allow for cost efficiency in bidding multiple projects on campus. Bidders will be given the opportunity to bid as many line items as they wish and each line item shall include all of the costs associated with that scope of work. Bidders will be given an opportunity to attach supporting documentation outlining potential cost savings or efficiencies if they were to be awarded multiple line items. The University will review all cost and additional supporting information in making selections. The University may choose to award different combinations of contracts and will finalize those terms with the selected contractors.
