Details
Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of the Slocum electric underwater glider model G3 from Teledyne Webb Research as a sole source because of the uniqueness of the product and on its ability to meet compatibility requirements of an existing line of equipment. OSU currently utilizes Teledyne glider model G2 and needs to upgrade to ensure successful continued operations of the program. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-015. Section 5.20 no later than the closing date indicated on the website.
