PURPOSE OF INVITATION FOR BID (IFB)
The purpose of this solicitation is to enter into contract with a provider of Untreated Base Course
(UTBC) for pickup in UDOT Region 1 as per the specifications and requirements outlined in the
This solicitation is issued in accordance with the Utah Procurement Code and applicable administrative
rules of the Utah Administrative Code. If any provision of this solicitation conflicts with the Utah
Procurement Code or Utah Administrative Code, the Utah Procurement Code or Utah Administrative
Code will take precedence.
