Bids for the construction of the Tupper Lake Municipal Electric Garage will be received by Village of Tupper Lake, at the office of the Village of Tupper Lake, 53 Park Street, Tupper Lake, New York 12986, until 2:00 PM local time on February 19, 2019, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
Separate sealed Bids will be received for:
Contract No. 1 ? Contract #1: General;
Contract No. 2 ? Contract #2: Plumbing;
Contract No. 3 ? Contract #3: HVAC ; and
Contract No. 4 ? Contract #4: Electrical.
Bids shall be on a lump sum basis with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form.
Bidding Documents may be viewed and ordered through the Issuing Office website at: www.avalonrochplanroom.com/ in the ¡°Public Jobs¡± section. If you do not have internet access or have questions on ordering from the site, please contact Avalon Document Services at (585) 242-9999. Drawings can be picked up at any of Avalon Document Services¡¯ locations.

The Bidding Documents must be obtained through the Avalon Planroom in order to be considered a Plan Holder of record. Bidding Documents obtained from any other source are for examination only, are not considered complete and are not valid for bidding purposes.
Bidding Documents also may be examined at the offices of MRB Group and the Village of Tupper Lake, 53 Park Street, Tupper Lake, New York 12986, on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 9:00 AM and 3:30 PM; or online through internet based construction information subscription services.
The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder¡¯s date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither the Village of Tupper Lake, nor Engineer, nor Avalon will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
The Village of Tupper Lake, Franklin County County, New York, reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to waive any informalities, or to make an award to other than the low bidder. It further reserves the right to limit the amount of the award.
Attention of the bidders is particularly directed to the requirements of the conditions of employment to
be observed and minimum Wage Rates to be paid under the Contract.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on February 5, 2019 at 2:00 PM local time at 53 Park Street, Tupper
Lake New York. Representatives of Owner and Engineer will be present to discuss the Project.
Attendance at the pre-bid conference is highly encouraged but is not mandatory.
