The Liberty County School System wishes to announce that we are requesting bids for Retro-Fitting Buses with Air Conditioning under RFP 2023-24 by a firm authorized to do business in the State of Georgia. . The advertising dates for this RFP 2023-24 are March 3rd, 2023 through April 5th, 2023. Bids will be accepted prior to 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday April 5th, 2023. A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on March 13th, 2023 at 10 A.M., at 100 Techwood Ct., Hinesville, Georgia 31313. All prospective bidders are required to attend.
