Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, transportation, and incidentals necessary for the rehabilitation of the Creighton Road Elevated Water Storage Tank, including but not limited to, replacement of the coatings on the existing water storage tank and other Work in strict accordance with the Contract Documents. The Work shall be complete, and all work, materials, and services not expressly indicated or called for in the Contract Documents which may be necessary for the complete and proper construction of the Work in good faith shall be provided by the Contractor as though originally so indicated, at no increase in cost to the Owner. A new ladder will be installed, and tank grounding will be improved as designed. Approved metal repairs on steel surfaces and miscellaneous repairs as specified shall be performed as required. The entrance door to the tank pedestal shall not be painted under this Contract. Concrete recoating work shall be limited to the tank foundation ring where it is currently painted. The tank drain concrete splash block and other non-painted concrete surfaces shall remain unpainted.
