Town Hall Parking Deck Repairs

Pursuant to Section 143-131 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the Town of Chapel Hill is seeking bid proposals for the Town Hall Parking Deck Repairs (the “Project”). Bid proposals are due by 3:00 pm on November 17, 2022. Please email proposals to Zakia Alam, Purchasing and Contracts Manager at zalam@townofchapelhill.org .

Prospective bidders may view the plans and specifications for the proposed project on the Town of Chapel Hill website ( www.townofchapelhill.org . Click on “Businesses” menu, then “Bid Notices” option, then the name of this project)

A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on October 25, 2022 at 1:00pm, at the Town Hall in the first floor conference room, 405 Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, Chapel Hill, N.C. All potential bidders are hereby notified that attendance at the mandatory pre-bid conference is required for bids to be considered by the Town of Chapel Hill; failure to attend will disqualify the bid.

The Project Manager for this project is Forrest Heath, Facilities Management, Town of Chapel Hill. All requests for interpretations related to this RFB must be submitted in writing to the Project Manager at fheath@townofchapelhill.org or Kimley-Horn at rebekah.krol@kimley-horn.com by 3 pm on November 4, 2022. All responses to timely submitted requests for interpretations will be emailed to the pre-bid meeting attendees in the form of an addendum on November 10, 2022.
