To contract with appraisers to provide real estate appraisals and appraisal reviews for the DNR

1. Appraise and prepare appraisal reports in accordance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice, Minnesota DNR Supplemental Appraisal and Appraisal Review Standards and other required standards. 2. Review and prepare appraisal review reports in accordance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice, Minnesota DNR Supplemental Appraisal and Appraisal Review Standards and other required standards. 3. Appraise and prepare appraisal reports in accordance with the Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions, Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice and Minnesota DNR Supplemental Appraisal and Appraisal Review Standards. 4. Review and prepare appraisal review reports in accordance with the Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions, Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice and Minnesota DNR Supplemental Appraisal and Appraisal Review Standards
