Tidal Wetland Mitigation Credits for PI#M006310

The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) intends to purchase from or contract with a successful bidder for the purchase of Tidal Wetland Mitigation credits required for GDOT construction projects. GDOT is requesting bids for services as described and specified herein. Bidders are cautioned to completely familiarize themselves with the conditions of this solicitation.

IMPORTANT****RESTRICTION OF COMMUNICATION****: From the issue date of this solicitation until a successful bidder is selected and the selection is announced, Bidders are not allowed to communicate for any reason with any GDOT staff, including the Commissioner and Transportation Board Members, about this solicitation except through the Contracting Officer or other persons named herein, or during any bidder’s conferences (if applicable), or as provided by existing work agreement(s). For violation of this provision, GDOT shall reserve the right to reject the bid of the offending bidder.
