Thompson Mill Road Natural Gas System Expansion

The City of Warner Robins will receive sealed bids for the Construction and Installation of Gas Mains and Facilities to expand the Natural Gas System to the Thompson Mill Road area until Tuesday, January 14, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read. Each prospective bidder must upload and submit your bids with all required documents through the City’s IonWave eProcurement program by the designated date and time listed above. No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time of receipt of the bids for a period of sixty (60) days. Bids received after this deadline will not be opened or considered in bid evaluation. All potential bidders must hold a current Georgia Utility Contractor’s License of proper classification and in full force and effect, in compliance with Act. O.C.G.A. 43-14. Contractor must be a qualified natural gas contractor under the laws of the State of Georgia and must comply with any Federal, State, and City guidelines and regulations. Plans, specifications, and contract documents are available for review at the City of Warner Robins, Purchasing Department, during the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Hard copies may be obtained from Sapp Engineering & Services, P. O. Box 26097, Macon, Georgia 31221, upon payment of $50.00 for each set (non-refundable). There will be a Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference held on Thursday, January 2, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. located in the City Hall Complex, Carolyn Robbins Conference Room, 700 Watson Boulevard, Warner Robins, GA 31093. Prospective bidders requiring general information, minor clarification, or interpretation of the bid documents may direct their request through the IonWave bidding system. Bidders wishing to submit bids must follow the instructions detailed in the bid and provide all the information and documents requested. The Bidder’s State of Georgia current Contractor’s License must be uploaded under the "Response Attachments" tab and list the number on Attribute #1.
