Description:

This Request for Applications (RFA) provides interested applicants with sufficient information to enable them to prepare and submit applications for consideration by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to satisfy a need to add additional qualified testers for the Third Party Non-Commercial Driver’s License Skills Testing Services Program.

NOTE: 1/31/18 is the Response Due Date for the INITIAL open enrollment for the first year. The Department anticipates accepting up to 35 responsive applicants in the first year and up to 25 responsive applicants each year thereafter, at the Department's discretion.

Open enrollment for the next year shall start on January 25, 2019.
