expire? Is it possible for us to pre-qualify for this contract? We would like to know the awardees of this contract-
if only on a FOIA basis.

BCPS Contract JMI 604-16 was issued in FY 16 and expires in FY 21. Questions concerning pre-qualifying under
the contract and contract awardees shall be addressed to BCPS.

The listed Scope of Work is general in nature in regards to the lighting and electrical needs of this project. One
company could specify a wide ranging fixture and equipment package while another could be limited. Are there
basic requirements that a package needs to meet in relation to the theatrical lighting package?

No Basic requirements. We are looking for the minimum required to properly illuminate the performances that
are held on the stage.

In regards to the rigging being abandoned in-place; is the assumption that all “un-used” and “no-longer required”
mechanical equipment related to the former operational counter-weight system to be removed for safety or just
simply remove aircraft cables?

The rigging is to be locked off (not able to use). We are not requiring complete demolishing.
