SCOPE OF WORK: involves replacing 56 Windows in Phase #1, and 28 windows in Phase #2, at the Thames River Shelter, One Thames River
Place, Norwich, Connecticut. The base bid includes exploratory demolition to produce shop drawings, removing the existing vinyl windows and properly disposing of them, and installing new vinyl slider windows – some double sliding windows, and some triple sliding windows. Note that windows must meet DOH Window
