Thames River Shelter Windows Replacement Project A

Thames River Community Service, Inc. will receive sealed bids for their 2 Phase Window Replacement for its Thames River Shelter, One
Thames River Place, in Norwich, Connecticut until May 30, 2023 at 2:00 pm.

SCOPE OF WORK: involves replacing 56 Windows in Phase #1, and 28 windows in Phase #2, at the Thames River Shelter, One Thames River
Place, Norwich, Connecticut. The base bid includes exploratory demolition to produce shop drawings, removing the existing vinyl windows and properly disposing of them, and installing new vinyl slider windows – some double sliding windows, and some triple sliding windows. Note that windows must meet DOH Window
Requirements – Breakdown numbers are included in bid package.
