Addendum One extends the submittal due date to September 16, 2024.
The 9th Avenue improvement project is part of the City of Pensacola’s plan to improve resiliency during larger storm events and climate change along 9th Avenue from Bay Front Parkway to Romana Street. These improvements include raising the roadway grades and adjacent parking, construction of a new drainage structures, piping, and outfall into the bay, landscaping, and striping. This project also includes drainage and parking lot replacement on Romana Street.
