The awarded contractor agrees to provide the DMV all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform termite abatement and wood-destroying pest and organism inspection services at the Costa Mesa DMV Field Office for the term of the Agreement. See Exhibit A, Scope of Work, for a complete description of services.
Bidder shall be a registered Branch 1 AND Branch 3 structural pest control company with the California Department of Consumer Affairs (DCA), Structural Pest Control Board (SPCB).
The anticipated term for this contract is March 1, 2020 through February 28, 2022.
Questions are due 1/21/20 @ 4:30 p.m. Answers will be posted 1/23/20 by 4:30 p.m.
The estimated cost for this project is $19,030.00.
