The Awardee of this RFA will become a replication partner for the Teen Outreach Program. To implement the Teen Outreach Program, the program designer requires a replication partner. The replication partner will be responsible for ensuring the program is implemented with fidelity, training staff who will be implementing programming, providing technical assistance to program implementation sites, and providing other trainings as determined by the Department of Health.
