The City is soliciting bids for the project known as the 249 Sycamore Street Remediation Project - Phase I.
Sealed bids for the furnishing of all labor and materials required to provide remedial activities, including the removal of two suspected underground storage tanks, limited volumes of impacted soil, and debris piles will be received at the City Clerk's Office, 107 E Main Street, Xenia, Ohio 45385 until Thursday, November 30, 2023, at 2:00 p.m.
