Bid Synopsis:
|
The State of Wisconsin, Department of Health Services (DHS) is seeking information from vendors to support the provision of community services for clients on supervised release. Within DHS, The Division of Care and Treatment Services (DCTS) mission is to improve quality of life for individuals and communities by promoting hope, health, and healing. DHS is required under Wis. Stat. 980.08 (6m) to arrange for the control, care, and treatment of individuals court ordered for supervised release in the least restrictive manner consistent with the requirement of the person and in accordance with the plan for supervised release approved by the court. DHS fulfills this requirement in part through community services, including case management and associated services, provided to clients through a contracted service provider.
