The pre-bid meeting is mandatory. Vendors will meet on Tuesday, May 16th, 2023 at 1:30 PM, at the Sunset Office facility located at 11811 S. Sunset Dr. Olathe, KS 66061, in front of the north main entrance.


All bids must be submitted through Johnson County's electronic bidding system, IonWave.


Bidders shall submit with their bid a bid bond issued by a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Kansas in the amount of five percent (5.0%) of the total amount of their bid. Said guarantee shall be made payable to the Board of County Commissioners of Johnson County, KS.
