Student Engagement Platform/Software

SUNY Delhi is looking to procure a Student engagement platform - a comprehensive computer platform used for organizational management and events

SUNY Delhi intends to make an award under our discretionary authority, pursuant to NYS Education Law §355 (5) (a), which is up to $125,000, for the above noted commodity/product or service. A sealed bid will not be held. Requirements - Must have the following features:

• Closed portal engagement platform with ability to mass upload users in partnership with campus IT
• Integration capabilities with campus’ single sign on
• Multiple segments/branches for various campus power users and the ability to assign both platform-wide administrative access and branch administrators
• Individual student organization and campus department pages
• Robust student organization engagement tool package
• Ability for comprehensive event management and customizable forms with discussion board and approval process including ability to assign reviewers based on smart logic in event submission form
• Comprehensive event calendaring and ability to export event data in RSS and API format
• Event RSVP and signup feature
• Event visibility selection capability – Org, Campus, and general public view options
• Ability to design customizable forms
• Platform wide and organization specific election module
• Campus alert display capability
• Full slate of customizable reports
• Ability to log and track service hours
• Co-curricular transcript feature with automatic organization involvement importing and ability to add self-guided experiences and roles/jobs
• Full finance module to facilitate purchase requests/orders with the ability to customize all forms and fields, add in opportunities to upload documents and receipts and customize form routing for approvals.
• Full funding request feature (mid-year) and student government annual budgeting process including capability to design form to our needs and to be able to customize routing for approvals
• Ability for discussion boards, document upload, roster management, assigning of customizable officer roles for each group on the platform.
• Home page news feed for articles for ability for organizations to write and submit articles
• Ability to add your events to your outlook or iCal, Android, etc.
• Needs to have event attendance tracking and scanning options with QR codes, etc.
• An event companion app for easier event lookup and calendaring
• Email and text messaging capability including customizable recipient distribution criteria of org, type of org and role/officer position
• Ability to highlight and easily display important all campus forms on homepage
• Platform can recommend events tailored to user interests
• Events can be filtered based on event type criteria
• Ability for each page to upload and display graphics and photos in a gallery
• Company has a robust customer service support team that is responsive to problems and issues
• Ability to suggest product upgrades for consideration for future implementation
