Structural Engineering Services

The Town of Glastonbury will be accepting proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide structural engineering services related to various projects. Services shall include a review of existing bridge condition reports prepared by CTDOT with evaluation and recommendations for repair and rehabilitation options, review of bridges that may be eligible for funding under the CT DOT State Local Bridge program with related application assistance, and evaluation of existing weathering steel pedestrian bridges to consider rehabilitation or replacement options, with additional design and construction phase services for each of these services as may be required. Also included in the scope of services is an evaluation of a retaining wall at the Matson Hill Open Space to assess various rehabilitation, replacement, and removal options, including future design and construction phase services.

Interested individuals and firms should obtain the complete RFQ and related information from the Town’s website at www.glastonburyct.gov. Responses to the Proposal must be submitted electronically no later than the time and date indicated above. LATE PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
