NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Weston, Florida and the Indian Trace Development District (ITDD) (collectively the “City”) will be accepting sealed bids for:
STREET LIGHT POLE UPGRADES
CITY BID NO. 2017-09
Bids shall be accepted from qualified and experienced licensed electrical contractors to furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, tools, permitting, safety measures and all other necessary incidentals for the removal of existing street light poles and luminaires, the excavation and installation of new concrete bases for all new poles, new electric service and support assembly with main disconnect panel and lighting controller along with a complete operational underground wiring and conduit system, and the installation of new street light poles with new davits and new luminaires, along selected rights-of-way within the City. All new poles, davits, and luminaires shall be furnished by the City. All traffic MOT for the duration of the project shall be the responsibility of the electrical contractor.
Sealed bids will be received by the City Clerk until 11:00 a.m., local time, on Thursday, November 16, 2017, the Bid Submittal Deadline, at the City of Weston, City Hall located at 17200 Royal Palm Boulevard, Weston, Florida 33326. The official clock at the City Hall reception desk shall govern.
