| Project Description: |
This Storm Water Pump & Motor Maintenance Services contract is intended for the maintenance of six (6) pumps, four (4) motors and one right-angle gearhead, throughout the district, in Flood Control Zones #1, #3, #4 and #7. The Proposer, who enters into a contract with the District, shall be required to remove, examine, evaluate, report on, repair, perform several maintenance tasks and re-assemble a total of six (6) pumps, four (4) motors and one right-angle gearhead. Following the maintenance of each pump, the Proposer shall re-install the pump into each respective pump station. The work will be scheduled to occur from May 1, 2022 to September 15, 2022. |

| Mandatory Walkthrough: | A mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will be held at the County of Marin, Department of Public Works, 3501 Civic Center Drive, Room 404 on Wednesday March 9, 2022 at 10:00 A.M. To ensure the safety of all staff and attendees, we highly suggest face coverings be worn and physical distancing is practiced. Immediately following the conference, site inspections will be held at the locations. |
