Statistical Analysis for Forested-Stream Ecology Experimental Study

Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of statistical analysis, data management, data archival and technical writing from Groom Analytics, LLS as a sole source because of the contractor being the only provider able to meet critical parameters or timeframes to support research and/or business needs of the university. Contractor has specialized knowledge of the heterogeneous forested headwater-stream ecosystems in Western Oregon needed to sufficiently analyze the datasets and can complete the work prior to July 31, 2023. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-015. Section 5.20 no later than the closing date indicated on the website.
