Description:
The Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts (AOPC) is issuing this RFI to collect information on available solutions for an e-filing system to be used in conjunction with all civil case management systems (CMS) across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.  Each county operates and maintains its own CMS, some without the capabilities for e-filing.  The purpose of this project is to create a Statewide Civil e-Filing Overlay System which would provide a unified statewide approach and capabilities to the entire e-filing user community.
