DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The project consists of dredging located in St. Lucie County, Florida. Project work consists of maintenance dredging St. Lucie Inlet. All material will be placed in the permitted ocean disposal area which lies approximately 10.6 nautical miles southeast of the inlet. Work also includes, but is not limited to turbidity monitoring, trawling and environmental species monitoring.

The project will have an estimated period of performance of 160 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP) and includes the following:

The Invitation for Bid (IFB) will be issued on or about 19 January 2024 and bids will be due on or about 21 February 2024.

NAICS Code 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, size standard $37.0 million.

Magnitude of construction is between $10,000,000.00 and $25,000,000.00.
