Notes	The City of Davenport, Iowa is accepting bids from qualified vendors for the SRF Duck Creek Golf Wetland Project. This project will install a wetland and adjacent native prairie area at the Duck Creek Golf Course. There are two Divisions in this project - one for primary construction, and one for seeding and three years maintenance and native plant stand establishment. Bidders can bid on one or both Divisions. An optional pre-bid meeting will be held on April 26, 2024 at 2:30pm CST at Public Works Building, located at 1200 E 46th Street, Davenport, Iowa. This will be a time to review the plans and specifications, address any questions or concerns, and discuss the City’s expectations. All contractors intending to bid on this project are encouraged to have a representative in attendance. Bids must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted. Within the system, each tab of the Invitation to Bid must be reviewed and responded to accordingly.
