SNOW REMOVAL AND ICE CONTROL SERVICES

The City of Aurora is seeking proposals for professional services in compliance with City Code Ordinances for snow and ice control services of various residential driveways, sidewalks and walkways city-wide.

Scope of work includes the Contractor providing snow and ice control services of various residential locations when directed by the Senior and Disabilities Coordinator or Designee, as needed due to winter weather during and after a winter storm. The City intends to enter into a contract with qualified and responsible contractors to perform such services. The City reserves the right to award the project to multiple or one qualified and responsible bidder.

The contract shall be for the period of one year (a full winter season) beginning December 1, 2022. Upon mutual agreement, the City may grant two additional one year extensions of this agreement for a total of three years.
