The Term of this contract is three (3) years with up to two (2) one-year renewal periods, at NYCHA's sole discretion.

NYCHA's MWBE Utilization Plan: All vendors are required to participate in NYCHA's MWBE Utilization Plan. Vendors are required to complete and submit at least ONE of the following items by the due date(s) listed. -MWBE Utilization Plan: At time of bid submission (also required when requesting a Partial Waiver) Failure to complete the Utilization Plan or Waiver may deem your bid non-responsive. “OR” -Waiver (or Partial Waiver) of MWBE Utilization Plan: at least Seven (7) days prior to bid due date.

Pre-Bid Conference: A non-mandatory virtual Pre-Bid Conference will be hosted, Wednesday, March 22, 2023, at 11:00 AM, and will be conducted remotely via Microsoft Teams meeting.
