Description

The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment and labor necessary to determine service line material through minor excavation "pot-holing" on all water services 2 inches in diameter and smaller. All participating in the program are required by contract condition to make "positive effort" to solicit and award subcontracts to minority and women owned businesses for services and/or supplies.
