Description
This project will consist of:
• Frame in with 2X lumber and install three 36” x 36” ProFinish Builder Series white vinyl single slider windows as manufactured by Simonton
Windows and Doors of Cary, North Carolina, or approved equal. Windows to open as directed by DNR staff. Modify existing steel siding as
necessary and install trim around windows with matching colors.
• Remove east overhead door and tracks and dispose offsite. Frame in opening with 2X lumber. Cover with matching Pro-Rib 29 gauge steel
panels as manufactured by Midwest Manufacturing of Marshalltown, Iowa, or approved equal. Colors to match existing.
• Install new brown 36” Series 95EV Utility Door (no lites) with insulated jambs as manufactured by PLYCO Corporation of Elkhart Lake,
Wisconsin, or approved equal. commercial insulated all metal walk through door with dead bolt in place of existing door. Commercial lockset
with thru bolt. Deadlock cylinder keyed alike. Add or modify 2X framing to accommodate the new door.
• Spray closed-cell foam to insulate the entire building. Foam thickness shall meet manufacturer’s minimum for achieving R13 on the walls
and R42 on the ceiling.
