NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed bid proposals shall be received, opened, and publicly read aloud by the Ocean City Purchasing Manager on Thursday, November 2, 2017 @ 2:00 PM, EDT prevailing time in the City Hall, Council Chambers, Room #301, 861 Asbury Avenue, Ocean City, NJ 08226 for:
CITY CONTRACT NO. 17-13, 2017 Road Improvement Program - Phase II
Bid proposals may be mailed or delivered to the City Purchasing Manager, C/o the City Clerks Office of the City of Ocean City, 861 Asbury Avenue, City Hall, Room #101, Ocean City, New Jersey 08226 or presented to the City Clerk in Room #301 at the time of called for said bid proposals. Specifications & Instructions to Bidders may be obtained by emailing ahansen@ocnj.us or at the City Purchasing Office, 861 Asbury Avenue, Room #203, Ocean City, NJ 08226 for a fee of Two Hundred and Fifteen dollars ($215.00) Monday through Friday except legal holidays, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Bid Addenda will be issued on the Citys website www.ocnj.us . Bidders shall comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, Chapter 127, N.J.S.A. 10:5-31, et seq. & N.J.A.C. 17:27-1.1, et seq. (Affirmative Action) and of P.L. 1963, c. 150 (Prevailing Wage); and Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C. 12101, et seq.).
