REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

NOTICE TO CONSULTANT ENGINEERS REGARDING A REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS AND LETTERS OF INTEREST

The City of Bartlett , an Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action Employer, seeks to retain the services of a professional consultant engineering firm to provide services related to the asphalt repaving of 4 streets in Bartlett listed below.

1. Old Brownsville Rd (from near Ellendale Rd to the west Right-of-way of the CSX railroad near Germantown Rd)
2. St Elmo Rd (from Billy Maher Rd to Altruria Rd and Kirby Whitten Rd to Oak Rd)
3. Billy Maher Rd (from Memphis Arlington Rd to St Elmo Rd)
4. Ellendale Rd (from Fiske Rd to Old Brownsville Rd)

This project will be federally funded . The project shall be accomplished in accordance with TDOT Local Programs guidelines. The professional consultant engineering consulting firm must be on TDOT’s pre-approved list or have a completed pre-qualification form filed with TDOT by the deadline for the Letters of Interest.

Firms may request consideration by submitting a letter of interest along with qualifications to City of Bartlett, 6400 Stage Road, Bartlett, TN 38134 Attn: Mayor David Parsons . All letters of interest must be received by the City of Bartlett on or before 4:00 PM on Tuesday March 26, 2024. Please include one (1) original, clearly marked, and six (6) copies labeled “RFQ FY2024-01-011 ENGINEERING SERVICES - Old Brownsville, St Elmo, Billy Maher, Ellendale Roads Resurfacing Project”.
