The City of Dublin has installed traffic signal backup systems powered by Hydrogen Fuel Cells for 11 of the intersections in order to keep the signals fully functional during Public Safety Power Shut-off (PSPS) events. The scope of work will include bi-annual maintenance of the hydrogen fuel cell systems and as-needed additional services included in the scope of services.
