Pavement Assessment and Management Plan

The City of Bartlett (City) is seeking to evaluate the overall condition of all public roadways inside the City limits to aid in selection of improvement projects. The ultimate goal is to select the best projects to maximize available funding for pavement maintenance and to improve the overall condition of the network. The City currently has 302.5 centerline miles of asphalt roadway.

Statement of Qualifications must be submitted no later than 4:00 P.M. (CST) on Thursday, June 8th, 2023. Please include one (1) original, clearly marked, and four (4) copies of submittals labeled “RFQ FY2023-05-022 ENGINEERING SERVICES Pavement Assessment and Management Plan“ and addressed as follows:
