The Town of Weston is seeking quotations for the Weston Trail Buffer Screen Planting Phase II landscaping project, including various plantings along the Mass Central Rail Trail in Weston, until 5:00PM on Thursday, April 8, 2021 by email to young.c@westonma.gov

The successful Bidder will be required to provide a labor and materials payment bond issued by a company authorized to do business in Massachusetts and satisfactory to the Town, in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the Contract Amount if it exceeds $25,000.

All bids for this project are subject to applicable public bidding laws of Massachusetts, including G.L. c.30 §39M, as amended.

Attention is directed to the minimum wage rates to be paid as determined by the Department of Labor and Workforce Development under the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149, Section 26 and 27D inclusive.

The Town reserves the right to reject any bid or portion of a bid, to waive any informality in a bid, and to award the contract to the responsible and eligible bidder who offers the lowest price as shall be deemed in the best interest of the Town.
