The City of Dubuque is soliciting quotes from digital sign companies and manufacturers to replace outdoor electronic message centers (EMC) at two locations:

• A single-faced, LED EMC in the exterior sign at the Historic Federal Building, 350 W. Sixth Street

• A double-faced LED EMC in the exterior sign at the Port of Dubuque Parking Facility, 500 Bell St.

Proposals are due by 5 p.m. on Aug. 21, 2024.
