REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS AND COST PROPOSAL

FOR

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES

FOR THE PROPOSED

ANIMAL SHELTER

PROJECT NO. 6-C-007-23

The City of Olathe, Kansas seeks qualification proposals from interested and highly qualified

Construction Management firms for complete preconstruction and construction phase services for

development of a new Animal Shelter for the City of Olathe.

This project involves the design phase coordination with architects, and construction of a new Animal

Shelter and directly related site improvements. It is anticipated the structure will include space to

accommodate staff offices, public interaction spaces, animal housing, animal health, and support

spaces. The City is looking for construction management professionals with extensive experience,

expertise, and creativity having previously provided construction management services for this type of

facility.

The City invites interested and qualified construction management firms to submit a Statement of

Qualifications identifying their qualification for providing the services required of this project. Firms

considering this Request for Qualifications are encouraged to thoroughly review the Request for

Qualifications to familiarize themselves with the instructions, information, procedures, and
