RFP - Supervisor Leadership Development and Skills Training Provider

Introduction

The City of Rochester, NY (hereafter called “The City”) is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified Consultants/Firms (“Consultant(s)”) who specialize in and have documented expertise in leadership development training and team enhancement. The experienced and qualified Consultant/Firm should provide Supervisory Leadership Development Core Skills Training and additional supportive supervisory functions such as performance management, planning and organizing work, succession planning, developing core systems for efficient work flows, coaching skills for supervisors and effective communication for current and prospective City first-level and newly promoted supervisors.
