RFP - Shared Micromobility Program

The City of Rochester seeks proposals from qualified companies, organizations, vendors or other entities to provide a public shared micromobility program offering bicycles (traditional pedal bikes and / or e-bikes consistent with New York State law) and / or e-scooters located throughout the City. Respondent(s) should demonstrate experience designing, building, operating, maintaining, managing and marketing a modern micromobility system in comparable cities. The City’s preference is a financially independent program that employs various strategies to ensure equitable access to vehicles for residents of all socioeconomic backgrounds. The City intends to enter an agreement with the selected Respondent(s) to establish terms of operation.
