RFP – Rochester Police Department (RPD) Special Operations/K-9 Tactical Child Street Building Renovation & New Storage Building.

Description: The City of Rochester, Department of Environmental Services, Architectural Services division, is soliciting proposals for professional services from consultants having experience working with Law enforcement and storage facilities.

The scope of the project is a full building condition assessment, RPD operations programming for both the existing facility and the new storage building, schematic design and probable construction cost estimate.

Pre-Proposal Meeting

A pre-proposal meeting for interested consultants will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, February 15, 2023 at RPD Special Operations/K-9 Tactical at 261 Childs Street, Rochester, NY 14611.
