The Milwaukee County Community Integration Center (CRC) invites agencies, organizations and interested parties to participate in the Request for Proposal (RFP) process by submitting proposals for a Reentry Case Manager to provide reentry services to residents. The Reentry Case Manager plays a crucial role in facilitating the successful reintegration of residents into society upon their release. The Reentry Case Manager will serve as a key support system for residents transitioning from incarceration back into the community, aiming to reduce recidivism and promote positive outcomes.
