RFP - Professional Engineering Services for 2023 Lead Service Line Replacement Projects 3B and 3C

Description

The City of Rochester through its Water Bureau division, is soliciting proposals from qualified engineering firms to provide engineering design, bidding, construction administration and resident project representative (RPR) services for the following projects:

• 2023 Lead Service Line Replacement (LSLR) Projects 3B and 3C

The 2023 LSLR projects 3B and 3C involves replacement of over 1,660 existing lead water services on various streets. The City is requesting services for the pavement restoration phase of this project. Work will also involve surface restoration, including pavement restoration. Pavement restoration is anticipated to include either chip sealing or milling and resurfacing.

• Appendix B – Draft Agreement for Professional Services
