For Sale of Property at

716 Military (Old CREW Building)

The City of Dodge City invites developers to submit proposals for the purchase of land and building(s) at 716 Military (also known as the Old Crew Building). It is currently Zoned C2 Commercial/Highway.

Sealed bids will be received in the Office of the City Clerk, 806 Second Avenue, P.O. Box 880, until 4:00 p.m. September 8 th , 2022.

No bidder may withdraw his bid for at least sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
