1411771046 (RFP) Land Surveying Services

The purpose of this solicitation for Land Surveying
Services (this "Solicitation") is to evaluate and select several
Companies to provide land surveying services under a continuing services
contract as described in this Solicitation (the "Work") and to
determine the best method for JEA to procure the Work with regard to quality,
design, and workmanship. JEA intends to award multiple continuing services
contracts to the most qualified survey companies based on the qualification
criteria in this solicitation. This solicitation shall have an initial due date
and time to submit responses, but JEA has the option to re-open the event and
accept additional Reponses at a future date. JEA will utilize the contracts on an as needed basis to
complete various JEA surveying tasks as needed for the term of the contract. JEA
intends to issue purchase orders for each individual project as a task order. Surveys
completed for JEA shall be a priority and the Company will be expected to
expedite the services. JEA will have the option to go directly to one company
to complete the work or go to more than one Company to determine who can
complete the survey by our project deadline. Respondent will only price Work
for services rendered and shall not be compensated for travel, mobility or
other fees in addition to the Work.
